Annual RV Safety Inspection

✓ Propane Leak Test
Leaks can cause fire or explosion. We pressure test your system and inspect every connection.

✓ Smoke and CO Detectors
Detectors fail without warning. We test them to make sure they’ll alert you when it matters.

✓ Emergency Exit Check
You need every emergency exit to open fast. We inspect and test each one.

✓ RV Hot Skin Test
Get shocked touching your rig? You’ve got hot skin—live current in the frame. We test for it and find the source.

✓ Tires, Suspension, and Frame
We check tire condition, identify worn suspension components, and inspect for potential frame damage.

✓ Water Intrusion Inspection
Leaks destroy RVs. We check roof seals, slides, and undercarriage areas for hidden water damage.

✓ Electrical and Battery Check
We test your batteries, charging system, and wiring for safety and reliability.

Your RV is more than just another vehicle

Skipping annual Safety Inspections puts you, your passengers, and everyone else on the highway at risk.

Propane Leaks Can Kill

Propane powers a lot inside your RV: your stove, furnace, and fridge. A leak can cause a fire or explosion. You won’t always smell it. You need a certified inspector to pressure test the system, check lines and fittings, and confirm everything’s sealed tight.

Smoke, CO2 and LP Detectors Save Lives

Check them every year. Batteries die. Sensors fail. A working smoke detector warns you before a fire spreads. A carbon monoxide detector warns you before you pass out. Just like in a regular house, these detectors are crucial Life Safety items in an RV. They also have a recommended service life (generally 5 years).

Emergency Exits Need to Work Fast

That rear window or side escape hatch might be your only way out in a fire. But if it’s jammed, blocked, or sealed shut, it won’t help. One consistent finding during nearly every RV Inspection is seals on Emergency Exits. Without these being opened periodically, the seals can fuse to the frame, preventing them from opening, and quite possibly during a time when they are needed the most. During a safety inspection, we check every exit. We open it, and make sure you can too.

The RV Hot Skin Test

You touch your RV’s metal surface and get shocked. That’s “hot skin.” It means electricity is leaking into your rig’s frame. It happens from faulty shore power connections, damaged wiring, or improper grounding. It’s dangerous. You need to test for it before it injures someone or worse.

Tires, Suspension and Frame

Tires blow out. Brakes wear down. Bearings overheat. Any of these can leave you stranded or cause a crash. A safety inspection checks your tire condition and age, looks for suspension damage, and ensures that frame components are in good shape.

Water Damage Hides in Plain Sight

Leaks ruin RVs. A safety inspection includes checking roof seals, slide-out seals, and undercarriage areas for signs of water intrusion. Catch it early and you save thousands. Miss it and you're looking at major repairs.

Electrical and Battery Checks

Loose wires start fires. Weak batteries leave you in the dark. We check connections, measure battery voltage, and verify charging systems. You need power you can trust.

Let a Certified Inspector Handle It

A certified RV inspector knows where to look and what to look for. An annual safety inspection isn’t optional. It’s part of responsible RV ownership. You protect your investment. More importantly, you protect yourself and the people you travel with.
